Make sure that the Gator weighs more than the wagon. Otherwise the wagon will be in control of the Gator when going down hill. I would not use 4wd on paved roads. A pickup or SUV might be a better...

Will John Deere cover it as a product update or do we have to pay for the new exhaust?
I have the bench seat in my 825i and the only problem is that the seat is not adjustable, front to back. My wife can't sit back against the seat when she drives, because she can't reach the pedals.
The 10-12 HP loss would be fine if it gets me A/C!
Apparently nothing is happening with Gator A/C?
Has anyone developed A/C for the 825i yet? There is an old thread on air conditioning but the original poster never followed up with his A/C system.
Now would be a good time to get it...
I use a JD strap type filter wrench like I use on the full size tractors. It makes the removal job much easier.
And they want you to fish the wire through the roll cage rear tube and then across the top front tube. I did this, but it was not fun!!
Mine has had that same annoying squeal since it was new. I will try tightening up the alternator belt and see if that stops it. Someone on this Forum had said that you need to reverse the drive...
I guess that means no!
Have any of you found a good interior rearview mirror that works with the overhead radio/console and that sits low enough that you can see out the back window of the poly cab? I have not had much...
Smeg, I have thought about trying to find a waterproof, sound deadening material to place under the dump bed. It may help absorb some of the sound. I also have the poly cab, so may try some sound...
Larry,
That sounds fair to me. If they charge $90 per hour, that is only 20 minutes. It takes at least that long to remove the skid plate, the filter, drain plug, re-install the drain plug, fill...
My 825i was built in May 2011 and I picked it up in June. I contacted my JD Dealership yesterday and am taking the Gator to them on Friday. They are going to replace my driveshaft.

I did mine by myself......and I agree, 10-15 minutes was it.

I have the poly windshield and what I like better about that than the glass windshield is the wide black band at the top of the glass windshield. I am pretty tall and I have to constantly look under...
The poly cab does not add any additional noise to my 825. The unit is already fairly noisy with tire noise, engine noise, etc........I don't think you will notice any cab noise.

Hopefully this was your second oil change? The first one is due at 8 hours.
Leonard
And your point is??
I think there will be good interest in the A/C if it looks and works well.
Leonard
I would still like to hear about the A/C. Any update??
Leonard
How about an update on the air conditioning for the 825i??
I would like to install this before next summer.
Leonard
RMOSS01,
I would like to see a photo of the location for the yellow/black wire connectors. I have the same issue with my Long Range Lights not working after installation. If I didn't connect...
I am going to do some shopping for a camera. $330 sounds like a great price!
Leonard
Has anyone put a backup camera in their Gator? There is not a good place for rearview mirrors with the poly cab, so I thought I might install a backup camera and wire it so it comes on anytime the...
Will these mirrors work with the poly cab and doors? I don't know how you could get the door to seal.
