Hey folks. I've got an 825 and love it. Friends love to go for rides with me, but sitting in the cargo box has not been real comfortable for them. I looked around but didn't like any of the options I found. So I came up with my own idea. Turns out that the third row seats of a Chevy Tahoe fit perfectly inside the cargo box of the Gator. They already have seat belts, sit at a good height off the floor, and pretty solid since they are designed for automotive use. I put together rough design of how to mount the seats and it seems to work okay. Took my wife and a couple friends for a ride and she said it was great. Next design step is to figure out a quick mount system with steel rails, so more to come. I'll try to post a few pictures.
Hey folks. I've been a forum member for about 8 months. It's a great forum and I learned a lot from everyone before I bought my 825 last December. I plan to install the wicked bilt after market power steering later this month and have been shopping around for price. Most retailers are at the $995 price point, but ATV headquarters is selling the same unit for $799 with free shipping. My question is this: Has anyone on the forum purchased from ATV Headquarters before? Was it a good or bad experience? And what about their customer support? Appreciate any information you can share!
I would have purchased from Nelson tractor,if there had been just a few hundred dollors differnet, but when the saving are over 2000.00 that makes a whole new story. I use Nelson tractor for service and wanted to buy from them, I have a good dealership and techs. I ride mostly around they local area, have quite a acres behind me with trails. I do suggest that you purchase the extended warrenty, do to the fact that it a first year new model
