Don't see your diagram but after unbolting both carrier bearings there still isn't enough room to slide the shaft back far enough to get it out from either end. Thinking I may need to unbolt the...
How the heck do you get the drive shaft out of the HPX? Need to replace brgs.
I put the aluminum ones on mine and needed ford spacers 1 1/2" to put the tires out to original location.3332
One of the things I did find about it is it cost $179.00, ARE THEY JOKING!
Last night I searched at JDparts and all they say is solenoid with no mention of what it is for. To answer your thoughts on this I have no flooding symptoms / problems when key is shut off left to...
I have no idea haven't searched to find out yet. But I thank you.
Update on my little modification, the thing is running like a new machine not seeing any extra fuel usage no bogging at start. Overall runs much better. Haven't replaced that solenoid with a new one...
It isn't choke that is cable, the enrichment would be my guess too. Hoping someone knows for sure. But it is now running great beings as I cut the plunger off it.
I have been fighting this problem for the past two months, I have cleaned carb twice with all new gaskets, new plugs, valve adjustment, changed coils, checked for water in the gas, cleaned all...
Can you give a little better description on how and where these went? Maybe some photos?
Sounds like your best bet would be to do it yourself, by the post above we know you can get the boot kit. JD labor rate isn't cheap so for the approximate 3 to 500 bucks they would charge you could...
I wouldn't worry about idling with the hpx because it has a carb. The fuel pump problems I had and fixed by getting a regular electric fuel pump from the auto parts store. The gator runs better...
I will agree with Dane about the water, but the HPX has done outstanding for me. I use it for heavy work around the house and by no means is my ground level I am built on the side of a very large...
Has anyone tried the SILENT RIDER muffler on a 625i or 825i?
Us over 60 guys are out numbered but I bet we will still put up a good fight WOEII005

05gator, by chance did you price that little gem out complete to install? I did the same thing you did and installed a 700 cca car battery working great for me.
I would have to beleive that is not a sealed system, just picked up a 625i and it looks like just a cover to keep things like your hands out of the belt area, OSHA.
DANE here are the pics I promised

Dane Merry Christmas, well the plow started out as a moose plow for my atv 48" I got the plow mount off ebay for $7, cut the plow arms down to fit the gator and had a 18" culvert pipe laying around...
Well we have our first snow of the season, woke up this morning looked at the driveway and oh my, 10" all over with a drift of 2' right up the drive for 60'. Fired up the gator and in 45 minutes had...

How many hours on the machine and have you done a compression test on that cylinder, low compression will cause the plug to fowl.
GOOD - BAD Looking at buying a new machine
