Yes you can change out to the Dlx cab frame. IT's not inexpensive, but it is possible.

I love it. I replaced a 1980 400 with a bazillion hours on it. I did add the deluxe suspension seat this spring, really lovin that. Not cheap but you only have one body to abuse.
