Hello everyone... As I was riding my 825 this weekend it seems to sound "tacked up" higher than usual.
It was running about 5000 at around 25 mph. Does this sound normal to what yours are running?

I bought a 2011 Polaris 800 before I bought the Gator and the tilt wheel was nice, but when I got to experience the heat issues of the 800 Polaris the tilt wheel was the least of my worries......

My Gator does the same thing! It has a buzzing noise coming from under neath the passenger side seat... It will buzz even when the unit is off. However, I have never had difficulty cranking

Yea, unfortunately this problem has been happening over a month now. Also, I always put into reverse after bringing out of 4wd. Kinda an automatic response for me if I take it out of 4wd on anything....

I hear it may be "backlash" but I have also been reading into something about a magnet type thing disengaging and engaging 4wd and it going bad causing it to stay in 4wd. I forgot to mention my...

My 825 is roaring or grinding very badly in the front end. It only started doing it after we locked it in 4wd for the first time. Now, even in 2wd it roars terribly and is worse everytime I drive it....

I know, it's completely off subject, but I was just wondering. Fixing to purchase a zero turn mower (commerical grade).

I'm having a hard time finding just the signal lights. All I can find on the internet is the whole kit (deluxe light kit with taillights)

If it is backlash will it damage Gator or is it just a noise?

I have a 11 825i

When I drive it has a bad roaring in the front end. It started at around 15 hrs and is still there. Seems to be worse in low.

I personally don't have that much problem with engine braking on my 11 825i gator. It has awesome braking when I let off the gas. I hardly even use my foot brake. Now going down hills it will hold...

Found out what my squeal was... The squeal stopped when the Gator stopped so I knew that threw the belt idea out the window. Right below the seats under the Gator the drive shaft goes thru a rubber...

For sure! ncbowhunter: i heard the 12s would start trickling out sometime in august... so far with me, power steering isn't an issue.

i do know they are coming out with a sport model 60 hp and a crew cab. thats a fact!

Mine has this same squeal. It is prominent at slow speeds, but disappears at higher speeds. Alternator belt? If not, which belt? By the way, it was damp outside.

Those look great. Are you planning on replacing the chrome switch with one that will fit in the precut dash openings or can you even do that? Is this pretty much plug and play besides finding a spot...
