i tried to do that to mine, when i did it started in gear, worked great, so easy just start and go. BUT!!!! no 4 wheel drive!!! sucks i by passed the neutral start switch and somehow the FWD quit...

Mine has done the same thing just thought it was trying to get in 4wdrive or come out of 4wdrive. After u back up then go forward it's normal again. Please post ur findings.

Took mine to dealer they adjusted it right up.whole lots better shifting!!mine would jump out of gear while driving any gear.
