That's my Gator as it sits now.
I went with an aftermarket top and windshield from Fortress ATV ($1000 combined...
Bigfoot protects the trees....:Hwdy:
I put a full back screen on my Gator with a back window. It helps a lot, but there is still some dust that comes into the cab below the seat. I plan to install some "shielding" to try to stop this,...
Well the clutch bug finally caught up to me. Clutch bound up and made it hard to shift and the shifter got out of sequence. Took it in to my JD Dealer for repairs. They replaced the clutch,...

Hi Cozmo,
I live in SE Texas (close to Beaumont) but hunt in the Hill Country (between Junction and Rocksprings). I have the 825i, my brother has a Rhino and our father has a Ranger. In my...
If I remember correctly, almost everybody that has had clutch issues have also had shifting issues. I haven't had these issues, but have read over a lot of them on this forum.

I added some fog lights (Wal-Mart @ $20) to the brush guard on my 825i for more driving light. Originally I mounted them to the roof (underside because I was afraid limbs would knock them off the...
You got to drill holes to attach them through. You can either drill and tap the holes and bolt them on or drill the holes and use flat head bolts with nuts to bolt them on.

Should work. Same design and orientation. Will let ya know for certain in March when I get my Gator back home from deer camp and install them on my front rack.

Looks good. There is another little addition you can do to the front hood rack locking pins that can make it easier to move for opening windshield or hood. You can replace the pull pins with spring...
Nope, that's a 20qt. beer chest. I do have a tailgate feeder that I put in the rear receiver hitch during deer season to broadcast feed.
Thanks,

This is the Big Sky two gun rack I installed on my Gator. Don't remember the model number, but I've had it installed for about 4 years.

The only name brand SxS I know of that have independent suspension without CVT are Honda. Honda has a driveshaft for the rear and front drivetrain as far as I have been able to understand.
The...
JT,
I see on your website ya'll do lift kits. Do ya'll build a bracketed front and rear 2" lift for the Gator 825i or have plans to? I know it's been the subject of lots of threads on this and...
What about something like they use in some trucks? A lift arm with an electric or hand crank winch?

You might want to look at your drive belt. it ain't broke but it might be frayed. I know that when my dad's Polaris ranger belt frayed it made a flapping sound.

I use the double hitch I bought at Harbor Freight so that I can use my cargo carrier and my hitch feeder at the same time. The cargo carrier on the front of my Gator I also got at...
I did the same thing on my 825i just for a different reason. I use my Gator for hunting mainly. To make it easier to load what I kill, I use a cargo rack to load the animals on. But, I also use a...
Yeah, spring compressors. I picked up a pair that worked good from Harbour Freight. Pull the spring off, put the spacer on, compress the spring some more and reinstall, put spring retention ring...
