Has Anyone Used Hurculiner on the bed? Any thoughts?

    Hi Folks-

Has anyone done this before? My bed needs a coat of paint and I have to spend the time only for it to get banged up again. They sell quarts of Herculiner and I am thinking of using that on it? Any thoughts?

    Replies appreciated!

I have used it on my last 2 gators, make sure you rough up surface good and clean it. Put on 3 coats which will make it thicker and more durable. 2 quarts will do the job. Make sure you have good ventilation the stuff stinks BAD!

I have also used Dupli color truck bed coating. The kit comes with a textured roler and it dries hard. Good stuff.

I did the bed of my 620i with Herculiner. When I did it i covered the whole inside of the box. I also did the floorboards with it and it turned out very nice. I used a full gallon because I got a kit for 30 bucks on sale.

I have used "Al's Liner" with great success. Sprayed it with their kit and a small compressor. I sprayed the bed, floor boards and fenders. The key is in the prep work.

I used "Al's" on the plastic fenders and it has worked great. I spent ALOT of time on the prep work scuffing them up, and it hasn't peeled or tried to come off at all. I'll try and post some pics. Well worth the effort.
