    What do I have here? 99 A1

    Besides a Bubba'd A1.

Howdy all, new here I brought this 1999 home last week from my local Deere dealer. Kids said I was the best Dad ever.

    Cool Camo job

    Bed is tough

Then it gets interesting. Bed has a lift kit to clear the radiator hose and air intake. Also has an electric fuel pump and inline fuel filter (OEM filter bypassed), the cooling fan runs continuous with the key on, and has a starter button for the glow plugs.

    So what engine is this?

The salesman (friend of mine) is supposed to be getting me the PO's number so I can see if they have the litter carrier and tow hooks.

    Thanks, Jeff

Forgot to mention it also has a delco alternator. It was originally sold by skyland equipment in Tuscaloosa, AL to Camp Lejeune, NC.

Found some info on the engine, looks to be a 885cc ~20hp engine used in the 430 garden tractors and some of the front mount commercial mowers.

Graffiti remover, works easily on the plastic panels, still a lot of work on the metal parts.

well its a work in progress, still need to build the mounts. I thought it fit the lines and style and will give me someplace to put the saw and saw gas while filling the back full of wood

NOT an A1... A1 has round headlights. A1 has different cargo bed. A1 has a ROPS. A1 has different hood. A1 has different engine. A1 has a different steering wheel. It may be an M-gator, but not an M-Gator A1.
