    foward and reverse too sudden

    hi every1... my 850d is very jumpy/sudden when taking off in foward and reverse.... u really need to give it trottle for it to move and it jumps foward instead of engagin nice and smooth.. can i adjust anything or is this normal? really not nice when trying to back into a tight spot or hook on a trailer

    It is the nature of the clutch they use. Just wait till you can't get it in or out of gear without turning it off. Maybe some of the aftermarket clutches or spring packs might help.

    When I was test driving the 625i and 825i I noticed that you had to have one foot on accelerator and one on brake to make smooth take ups n 625i ...reminded me of slipping the clutch with a manual transmission (have not driven a stick in ages). The dealer acknowledged it. The 825i was smooth.

    so do u think it should be smoother? maybe my clutch just isnt set correctly
