Brakes On 2014 825i

I just got my new Gator and the brakes don't grab anywhere close to my old 625i. It seems like when I apply them I just slow down gradually. Has anyone else noticed this? Do you think my new gator needs the brakes adjusted somehow or is there a quick fix I can try?

Your dealer probably didn't burnish the brakes before you received your gator. Best way to do it is if you have a steep hill that you can go down and ride the brakes hard to get them hot, this may take a few tries, or go down a road at full speed and then get on the brakes hard a few times. You should notice a difference then.
