    Worlds fastest XUV 620i

Today My 620i went 35.3 MPH under its own power with out throwing any codes. I am the fastest person alive to do this. No one shall pass me, I am the passer!

For real though, 35.3 MPH. Thoughts?????????? Lets hear them.

Well I have a 850D and it will go 36mpg.
I use the belt from the 629i, which is slightly shorter and therefore I get a little more clutch shift. I also have 27 inch tires.
It is now significantly faster than when it was new, 29mph was it's speed.

There is no speed sensor on the diesel, sorry I can't help you.
Certainly oversize tires will give you more speed, but they can also take away some of it's snappyness if the tires are heavier.

kinzepower; did you have to do any modifications to go bigger than the 25" tires? i have an 08 diesel and would like to put bigger tires on too if modification is not necessary or minimal.

    Vipertblck,
I have '09 XUV. I putt 31" tires on it last summer. I had to do a little trimming on the frame behind the tire and put the 2" lift kit (if you want to call it a lift kit) min. rubbing, but working on a custom lift now.
