2009 HPX will not run without full choke, and only operates at a low speed. Appears fuel is not making it to the carb. My clue is an empty fuel filter. I was convinced it was fuel pump and replaced without fixing the problem. The fuel pump will deliver with clearly adequate pressure when I remove the line from the carb.
