Spare wheel/tire

Anybody done any experimenting with a spare wheel yet. With the 4 lug pattern I was just wondering if a 4 wheeler steel wheel off of a honda, yamaha, atv etc. would work. If so, I would imagine one could be found cheap on ebay.:

The 825 is a 5 on 4.5 lug pattern. So any Jeep wheel would work assuming the correct back spacing.

I have two complete sets of tires & rims for my XUV 550. You have to mind all the details when shopping for rims. In addition to rim diameter, width, offset, bolt circle size, bolt hole size you also have to look at the hole in the center of the rim. The hole is larger on my XUV than it is for standard ATV tires. I was able to buy cheap ATV steel wheels and enlarge the hole but it was a bit of metal work. My dad has a Artic Cat 4 wheeler and it's rims do not have the hole in the center and are domed instead. I have not tried them on the Gator to see if they fit.
