Wow, I certainly would not recommend removing the clutch as shown in the video. Doing so you risk damaging the engine.
Secondly adding shims will mask the root cause of a sticking primary clutch.
The doors are a OEM item, they are spendy. Check pricing online at Green Farm Parts or Green Part Store.
Purchase the largest of the two models, also pickup the factory wiring harness it will save you heartache when installing the winch.
Has the video been removed by the user?
I’m sure you thought of having the tires/wheels balanced? In my opinion, it makes a big difference
