I noticed the springs are very weak on mine. I thought about getting some heavier springs for that joint. It's a taper joint and no gasket is theoretically needed. I'm used to snowmobile exhaust...
I have the same gator that had the same leak. I took the muffler off and removed the pipe and found that the heat shield had cracked near the 90 degree bend. The way the exhaust joint coupling is...
Would also like to know more. There web site has no mention of the Gator.
Nice. Thank you
There can be other possibilities to this issue besides the primary clutch. I do a lot of clutching with snowmobiles set for mountain riding. 1st thing could be primary to secondary alignment. ...
It was 450 shipped when I got it. I use it all year long. I never bought the glass doors. Mahtowa, north of you a few hours.

This is were I purchased it from. They have...
I have the deluxe cab and I found a soft cab from bushwacker. It's nice for me cause I can just roll the doors up and down as needed. I'll need to replace it in a couple years cause of tearing and...
Mine did the same thing. I have it in a heated garage at 45 degrees with high humidity and believe water in the fuel lines where freezing up. I pushed it in the garage, heated it up and put some ISO...
In the drawings it looks like there is. I've never noticed it on mine. I'll check.
Your clutch's belt cannot be tightened, you need to figure out how water got into your clutch housing. Have you had it in water over the running boards? If not, the only way I can see a hard rain...
It kind of sounds like your primary clutch might be hanging up a little at engagement. It could be many things if this is what's happening. It could be a stiff primary spring, it could be a dirty...
I like where this is going.. I wouldn't think the metal roof adds much support to the deluxe roll cage, but rolling the gator with-out your seat belt on, could be very hazardous with a sunroof. ...
Pictures?? :BG:

That's what mine did, after this winter of plowing and bombing through the snow it's stopped. I would guess it's just dust and dirt caught between the pads and disc.
Can I barrow 1888.88? :hehe:
I might try this first.

I hate this!! :Nnd: I could now order the doors for my deluxe cab and have them sent to my door way cheaper than I could pick them up at my dealer. :Bnghd:
I don't see a video. Mine squeaks at slow speed after I let off the brakes.
It's 7,464 miles. The second picture is hours :Chers:
There's a kit that limits your primary from fully shifting. If your 825 will get up to 40-45 mph you don't have the limiter in. It only allows you to go around 30 mph

Yep they do. I'll take the mounting plate off in the spring. I've hit them pretty hard off roading a few times
It already is a dual filament bulb. The running lights are much dimmer than the hazard/turn signals. I don't have pics.
