I got some Pematex Copper high temp. Sealer. I'll try cleaning it really good & running a bead of that around the joint. I know it's temporary but the noise is driving me crazy!
My trouble is where the two pipes come together there is no gasket !
I have a 2012 825i that has had an exhaust leak since new. The header pipe where it joins the main pipe is where I'm having the trouble. Is it just me ? Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated!
It is a Chery engine. They fixed a couple of things over John Deere, one being when you start the engine it is not on a high idle for 30 sec. Or so ( ECM Programing ) The second thing I have noticed...
I took the foil cover off used muffler cement, sealed that seam, wrapped it with muffler tape ( very heavy aluminium foil) that did the job.
I have 1800 miles now. There seems to be more exhaust coming out of the joint where the muffler and the exhaust hook together under the foil wrap then what is coming out of the muffler. Does anyone...
I have the same problem. I have a prosum roof-windshield-& back window. The dust comes in terrible. I hope some one can give some tips.

Running warm is not a bad thing. If your running below temp. the oil wil start sluding.
1725 miles & just the normal issues that this form has helped me correct. Great machine.
Thats what I am talking about!!!
I just finished installing the roof & header light kit, it took about one hour. Very nice fit & finish. GOOD STUFF !
Thank-You ...... Photos answered my questions.
Look @ Great Day over head. I do not have one, But I think that is the one I will go with.
Very Good
Thank-You
Sorry did not get out last weekend-down pours each day. Will get out this saturday. Will send/post pics then. You made a great choice.[/QUOTE]
I think you may be referring to your park brake alarm.

I have decided that Prosum is the right choice for me, I am going to order in sections over time starting with roof & header kit. If possible would someone post a photo of the inside of the wind...
I do NOT see any concerns as far as safety! I have a 2004 Polaris Sportsman 700 with 7000 miles. It will start in gear, I have yet injured my self or anyone else as far as that is concerned. I agree...
Thomas Here is one way of looking at it. Did you get $167 per month of use & pleasure out of you machine ? ( 167 x 12 = 2000 ) That does not include if there was a increase in MSRP between 2011-2012
Now I need to decide on windshield & roof. I need help!!!
Just hung up the phone. Ordered 825i Camo, Dealer said three weeks
You are not the only one dragging there feet. I am doing the same as we speak.
