    Gas in oil

I have a 2010 XUV 620I with 35 hours on it. I changed the oil at 10 hours and now I notice the oil is thinner than it should be and has a strong gas smell. It appears to have gas in the oil. Any ideas what would be the problem?

Probably idling to low for too long, after start up with the engine still cold. Or at least that is what happens to mine when I use it doing yard work.

I found out it is a known problem by JD and they changed the ECU under warranty. We'll see if that solves the problem.

Likely sitting to low for a really long time, after start up with the motor still cold. Or possibly that is the thing that happens to mine when I use it doing yard work.
