Uploading pics to album

I am having a problem uploading pics into my album. I have tried using IE and Firefox. Both have problems. I am behind a Firewall so that maybe the whole issue.

I did finally get IE to work somewhat. Seems if my Firewall decides to ask me for my password during the process something gets all hosed up. Firefox is a no-go for me.
