I took off the bed. Super easy. Undo 2 cotter pin bolts and unlock the bed and bam!


This pic is level and true. The engine is off center and the right cylinder is right under in back of the passenger seat.








This is pretty cool but not many people are going to see it. The crank shaft cover is stamped with the John Deere logo but it's burried pretty good so no one will see it except the mechanic.

I love my 550 but pictures like that (and the ones you posted of it on the trailer coming home) are really making me jealous. Why am I driving to the neighbors at 30 when I could be going 50. That, and mine sounds like a lawn mower while the RSX sounds like a snow machine. Powerful!
